Getting help can be intimidating and uncomfortable.
My goal is to support you in your journey by building a trusting and safe connection so we can work together to bring you relief, peace and new meaning.

I work with adults of any gender or sexual orientation around issues of stress managment, burout, compassion fatigue, and work/life challenges.

My background in counselling combined with my experience supporting leaders and organizations in the nonprofit sector allow me to hold multiple lenses around work/life issues. I would describe my style as client centred: you set the pace and the amount you share.

Sometimes stress can feel like being pulled in too many directions. Carrying it all can feel exhausting and lonely. Stress can show up as relationships struggles, extreme emotions, difficulty connecting with yourself, irritability, lots of calling in sick or over involvement in work. Most folks are doing the best they can to cope but sometimes it feels like all the things we try just don’t work.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree, Mindful Based Stress Reduction Certificate, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy training, a Somatic Therapy training and an Organizational Coaching certification.
